Subject: EXPEDITED Request for Government Records (“GRAMA”) – Legal Invoices of the Salt Lake City Law Firm Cohne Kinghorn P.C.

Dear Deputy Mayor Jennifer Hawkes and EID General/Financial Manager Eric Hawkes,

As you are are aware, we have commenced legal action against you and the Simplifi Company regarding the failure to disclose public records of the Emigration Improvement District (“EID” aka Emigration Canyon Improvement District, aka ECID) confirmed by Utah Attorney Jeremy R. Cook to be in your custody at 271 N. Maragarethe Lane, Salt Lake City Utah.

During the EID trustee meeting on September 10, 2020, Mr. Hawkes refused to state if the Simplifi Company is using public funds placed in its care for the legal defense of Jennifer Hawkes, Eric Hawkes and the Simplifi Company.

Because EID trustees have failed to pass a resolution in regard to the use of public funds for your private legal defense and based on your lack of condor in this matter, attached herewith is a request for all legal invoice submitted to you for payment by the Salt Lake City law firm Cohne Kinghorn P.C. since August 1, 1998.

Please note that we have request an expedited response, due to the fact that the information will be posted on the website administered by the Emigration Canyon Home Owners Association and thus benefits the public as per Utah Code Ann. sec. 63G-2-204 (see e.g. https://echo-association.com/?page_id=5666).

We thank-you for your expedited assistance in this matter.

Kind Regards,

Mark Christopher Tracy
Emigration Canyon Home Owners Association
