In select areas, The ECHO-Association will pay for independent testing for Lead, Gross Alpha, Copper, Antimony, Turbidity, Sulfates, and Total Dissolved Solids for those homes connected to the EID water system and for Nitrate Testing for private wells located near the Emigration Canyon Stream.
